5 devices — DUPLEX-99, NOVA-7, SPECTRE-X, Police, EMS. Each is its own inventory item with its own skin and its own battery, signal and range bonuses.
- Frequency mode — 1.00 to 999.99, two decimals. Anyone tuned to your frequency hears you.
- Everything is on the device. Multi-view LCD: home, keypad entry, menu, favourites, history, connected users. No side panel.
- PTT works with the UI closed — and so do the channel-step keys (LEFT/RIGHT, 0.01 per press)
- Frequency lock — opt-in, stops accidental retunes
- Favourites + SCAN — sweep your saved frequencies, cut to whichever has traffic
- History — last 10 frequencies, persists between sessions
- Per-user volume — 0 / 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200%, saved per player

- Re-skins itself live as the channel changes: DISPATCH → LSPD → BCSO → SPECIAL, and EMS by vehicle
- The radio belongs to the vehicle — state persists, everyone inside shares it, and it keeps broadcasting after you step out
- Loudspeaker — anyone within 4.5 m hears it from outside, distance-attenuated
- Auto-connect and auto-wake on entry, separate default channels for police and ambulance, optional engine requirement
